How can I help?

The C Different Foundation is always in need of volunteers.  Volunteers for the foundation play many roles, some of which are organizing fundraisers, assisting committees, guiding visually-impared athletes, creating awareness, and raising money.

Where do my financial contributions go?

At the present time, the C Different Foundation has four different areas upon which you can designate your funds, if you so desire.  These four areas are:

  1. Community Outreach
  2. Research
  3. Athlete Guidance
  4. Administration

The general C Different Foundation fund is the easiest area to make a financial contribution. Although C Different does have these options available, the foundation will only restrict a maximum amount of 75%, and the remaining 25% will be used where the administration deems necessary.

Do you assist other challenged athletes, aside from the visually impared?

Although we do on occassion work with individual's who are not visually impared - the visually impared athletes remain our primary focus.

How can I become a C-Different Guide?

Our best recommendation is for you to seek out a visually impared partner in your local area. You can do this by reaching out to schools and organizations for the visually impared. Once you have identified a partner, you can reach out to CDF for guidance and grants to assist you in meeting your goals.
