Clayton Clavette Guide

Clayton did his first triathlon in 2003, placed 2nd amongst the first timers category and was hooked for life.  Participating primarily at the local Sprint and International level, Clavette felt he had found the ultimate joy in training and racing for himself and with significant others.  He then began to train friends at a novice level to encourage then to lead more active and athletic lives.  In the fall of 2006 Clayton had the great joy of meeting Charles Plaskon and guiding him in the Worlds in Lasaunne Switzerland.

Always seeking a greater challenge, Clavette found that racing with Charlie was one of the most rewarding experiences in his life.  "I found myself in the best shape my body had seen in years.  I trained hard so that I did not let Charlie down and I found that the real reward was to myself.  Racing for myself was never as enjoyable of racing for someone else."
